SPINNING BABIES®

Spinning Babies® is an approach to preparing for birth that takes into account the physiology and anatomy of the mum and baby. It involves looking after yourself with specific body activities and self-care to encourage balance within your body. Spinning Babies® may be useful during any pregnancy and may allow your baby to have the most space possible to get into the position best suited to them.

WEBSTER CHIROPRACTIC TECHNIQUE

The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that addresses pelvic function during pregnancy. Addressing how the bones, joints, ligaments and muscles are working may reduce nervous system stress, improve function and reduce pain.
